Delete from the app
- Open CalCal and sign in.
- Open Account Settings using the gear button.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
The deletion begins immediately after confirmation and signs your devices out.
What is deleted
- Your CalCal account and authentication sessions.
- Meal history, nutrition estimates, targets, saved meals, personalization, AI conversations and summaries.
- Social username, friend requests, friendships, blocks and reports involving your account.
- Daily analysis and search usage records.
- CalCal subscription linkage and other account-associated records, except records we must retain by law.
Apple and Google access
The current app uses a device-linked guest account. If you previously used Google sign-in, you can also manage connected apps in your Google Account settings.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription. To prevent renewal, open iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → CalCal → Cancel Subscription.
Can’t access the app?
Email support@getcalcal.app from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion. Never email your password or sign-in codes.
